Hot shower, warm apartment

Rubbish all around the grounds (first impression) Check in process very disorganized. Information should be provided up front, before day of check in as we were traveling and had no access to internet services so had no idea how to access until we were there. Front door of building does not lock so security is an issue

this is a cheat, the landlord misleading, the location showed OF THIS APARTMENT on the booking.com map is inside the Heathrow airport near terminal 3 in WALKING DISTANCE. the description (London Heathrow airport apartment voyager house terminal 12345) as showed on attached pictures submitted. BUT, the actual location SENT BY THE LANDLOAD WHATSAPP is (voyager house apartments, 14 Stanwell Road, Heathrow Bedfont, TW14 8NG), its far away from the airport. i didn't go there and book the other hotel that night, please REFUND.

"Very good"

It was nice to have an apartment, and get washing done. We walked around the opposite block to get a yummy breakfast.

Had to sign up for Ubereats because nowhere once arrived in evening to go. Didn't save money being in close proximity to airport. Cost 30pound each way. More bedding eg sheets blankets, very sparsely made.

"comfortable and functional"

"Not worth the money."

Location to departure terminals.

Not secure main door doesn’t lock. Internet was non functional. No heat the heater in room wasn’t working. Barely 5 minutes of hot water for a shower. After booking received message that I must text a picture of my ID or passport via WhatsApp in order to get check in details. Once in all communication with property seized (internet and heat)

Nothing

The property does not exist. There is no London LuXXe Suites and Apartments. The address is a residential building of private residences. Taxi dropped us off at the listed address but there is no one there. The property did not respond for several hours after attempting to contact them by which time we had walked back to the airport in the rain and found alternate accommodation. After cancelling the booking they gave no refund and no response to any of my messages. Extremely disappointing!
