There was nothing that I liked about this apartment because it is not located where Booking.com indicated it is located. False information like this causes expense, inconvenience and much frustration.

The apartments are not located where they are shown on the Booking.com site. Booking.com indicates clearly that the apartments are located alongside the terminals. This is NOT TRUE. The apartments are hard to find, far too far to walk to the terminals and very expensive to reach by taxi. Booking.com should not post misleading information like this. It caused me a lot of inconvenience and considerable expense.

We found used vapes amongst the cushions and under bed. Beds were uncomfortable. Noisy. While close to airport, ubers cost around £40. Front door to building had been removed. Towels still in dryer and were soaked when done. Only two towels were available for our family of 4.

Clean and had a lift.

Too far away from Heathrow Airport. The post code did not get me to the property. Unable to get proper communications regarding WiFi. I eventually found the ID and password. I was concerned about safety- front door to the building was missing!

Misleading ad either a scam or I don’t know

Address was different to map on booking.com, when arrived at a place in not the same name voyager meant to be luxe tried ringing number straight to lyca mobile

I had to spend $60 with tax , there is another places with shuttle . I booked for me , my husband and my daughter impossible sleep 3 people in an small bed. I requested one more comforter then we could sleep at the sofa so they never answer. There is no front desk so it is look like Airbnb but you have no help if you need. I got thirst and there is no water and no place to buy nearby. I paid $176 plus taxi so if you book hotel near the airport will pay the same , but you don’t need pay taxi and also you will have water and another blanket.

I requested refund as there was no extra bed and bedding in one bed was not changed. Dirty. Second room had no electricity. No refund received. Never ever

The kettle needs descaling The cupboard is open and all linen and pillows are on the floor. The towels in the bathroom stink and are grimey. And there is no hot water. The bed sheets have 8 stains on them and they stink like never been washed. I'm in shock and I want a refund.

Clean, bright easy to navigate inside and great instructions Close to airport so not to much extra travelling

No microwave so had baby screaming whilst warming bottles which could potentially upset surrounding rooms
