How long do you have? Freezing cold, room not clean - I mean disgusting. Hard to find, not near the terminal, not the same room as advertised, code broken, parking was expensive,

absolutely nothing

it was completely cold , our towels were inside the toilet , there was someone else’s clothes at the Laundry machine .

facility is not where it is claimed to be, not "200 m from Terminal 2", but a 20 minute taxi ride. Bookings-map shows the hotel withing the terminal. Coming to Heathrow we messaged them asking how to get to the room, but was only told that the address was sent previously. We repeated, "we are in Terminal 2, how can we find you" and "please respond". We had no response for 3 hours when they did respond with "we have sent full instructions" [which was an address 20 min taxi away]. By that time we had secured another hotel.

I've been waiting for 3 hours and no response from the manager and the arrangement. I lost my room. I will never recommend my friends or colleagues of such place

It was advertised as a bedroom with a pull out couch……instead it had a cot with an unacceptable mattress (that no one could sleep on) in the same room as the bed. The building was filthy and the apartment wasn’t much better.

It wasn't near Terminal 2 like advertised. It wasn't clean and lots of things were broken. For example the bathroom door handle and the cooking fan was held up with tape. When I made contact with the owner they were in a meeting. The property's location was not great. No "mini market" "London Heathrow Airport is a few steps from the property"- laughable!

It is literally a scam, and does not exist
