False advertising. And I will be contacting my bank for a refund cause I was never even able to stay at the hotel. Do not book this place.

Everything. Customer service was awful. I didn't get a response about booking untill a day after my booking was made.

Everything I messaged 2 days before about dropping my bags. The host replied 2 hours before I arrived The place looked and smelled like someone just left. The sheets were dirty. There was hair in the sheets. The toilet wasn’t clean. There were white stains on the couch. I literally left 20 mins after getting into the apartment and booked at another hotel. It’s not really ideal to offer these services as Lux

Nothing about this place is on par with even fair or good.

Location was such a dodgy looking warehouse industrial estate.

Booked as last minute, was ok for a quick stay to get early flight next day so price seeemed high factoring £40 for early checkin on top. Had a double bed and was not enough for a family of 3.

The extra bed was broken and really uncomfortable. Was not any cortesy for the traveller as some tea bags or coffee , the area is isolated

We are of an older generation, we had trouble getting in and out of bed as the mattress was on floor level, it had no base under the mattress. Also l felt the suites were advertised luxury were very dated.

Nothing. Csncelled once we were at the property.

Everything was not good. No one communicate me the cancelllation in advamce. Got my payment and say nothing about cancelling

Really convenient location Perfectly compact with everything I The hosts were super kind and helpful giving me advice about travel, tube and taxis. Very responsive to messages.

The host fail to message me the code to get into the building/room and we were left stranded, after calling a number of time without an answer. She finally sent me the code, without any apology. The property is 3 miles away for the airport and we had to pay an additional £40 to get to and from the property.to the airport.
