I didn't like anything

the facility is terrible, noisy, the air conditioning does not work, it is terribly dirty, the stair grate stinks of marijuana, it is a very dangerous district

The price

The property was filthy, no curtains, no toilet paper, toothpaste spat up the mirror, broken toilet, scum and mould in the shower. There was some else’s dishes on the sink, no curtains on the window and an over bearing smell of cheap air freshener spray. The street parking looked like a war zone and even those we were in the room for less than 10 mins the noise from the other apartments was so bad it actually made us laugh. We didn’t even look in the beds and thought a better option would be sleeping in the van so that’s what we did. Spoke to the “owner” whose number is on the booking about the issues and he said he would speak to the “owner” ??? and get us a full refund, heard nothing, then spoke to booking.com who in turn called the same guy who denied the conversation and said I only raised issues on parking which was BS, they offered me 30% of my money back….. it’s worth saying that the pictures on the site don’t site are nothing like the current state of the apartments

Owners cancelled my booking the date of the stay due to their fault of "overbooking" Originally booked 3/4 weeks prior to date and paid in full. Was given the option of a refund or relocation 2 hours before check-in time. The relocation option was a postcode to an obscure address and no further information giving. When asked for a refund it took 12 hours for a reply before confirmation and still waiting for refund to be processed.

it was very dusty and dirty !
