2 Bedroom Chalet SB113, Sandown Bay, Isle of Wight

Beautiful location, well equipped chalet.

Nothing

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to beach and good access to public transport.

Could have more information on using local buses etc. Other than cabs or hire car.

The location being out of town, away from the road and with no park complex it was nice and quiet. A lovely location with a nice coastal walk into the main town, main attractions and good bus links for those without a car on the island.

Got very cold and the leather sofas weren’t that comfy but we were hardly in the apartment. Lack of towels and a few homely touches like soap in the bathroom, a curtain over the door for more privacy at night would be nice.

WiFi and tv was so simple need more channels. There was no WiFi

Had everything you could need & was clean, spacious & comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Comfy and cheap. Beds were good. Tv was ok. Kitchen had all we needed but could do with a pair of scissors. Bathroom was ok but shower was a bit temperamental with the hot and cold. Overall kids loved it and it was a good home base for our stay. It was a very wet weekend on our visit but the chalet warmed up nicely and kept us dry. Car wasnt to far away for unpacking. Had all amenities we needed kettle, toaster microwave fridge freezer oven etc. Big enuf for 5 i put up a baby cot beside the double bed.

Lack of duvets / extra bedding, lack of cleaning products to clean up after ourselves. No curtain over door so room is visible from outside had to use a towel to cover it at nighttime. Security light is so bright it lights up bedroom we did move it so it wasnt so much lightening up the room, Oven hood did not work. Tv could have been bigger. Extra bin bags for rubbish. Host came and delivered extra duvets for us after i asked.
