"Good short break"

Good communication and directions. Good site. Loved the shower. Bed comfortable despite the muggy atmosphere. Nice kitchen. An uncomplicated booking.

It was a little cramped. I was there with one friend but I'd hate to be there with capacity 4 people.Too much furniture vs space. Blackout curtains needed in the bedrooms as bright lights all night long outside window. Checking out required too much faff like bedding in bags etc

"Perfect for family holidays and general getaways - everything you need as a central point to explore"

Location for beach was perfect, bus stop just down the road and nice walk into Sandown.

As a pet friendly stay we could smell wet dog when entering the property and when we used the hoover at the end of our stay - but nothing open windows, room spray and a gel air freshener couldn’t sort!
