Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Cardiff. Auch der Blick auf die Einkaufsstraße und die geräumige Aufteilung haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht ganz sauber als wir ankamen und auch generell ist die Küche für die Größe eher sparsam ausgestattet.

The accommodation was brand new and located right in the heart of Cardiff. The location felt very safe and the building staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were in great condition - everything was excellent overall.

My only concern was being asked to pay a security deposit outside of the Booking platform. Because I didn't complete this payment on time, I wasn't sent essential information like access codes and room entry instructions. If it hadn't been for the helpful building staff, we wouldn't have been able to get in.

"Nice place, a shame they didn't fix the tv!"

Nice spacious accommodation.

The Tv didn't work and as we stayed 4 nights and it still wasn't fixed! I would have expected it fixed on the first day or reporting.
