Fantastic location

Tired decor , cracked tiles in kitchen and bathroom, mouldy shower grouting, unstable toilet in bathroom and en-suite

Apartment was bigger than expected, nice location but unfortunately noisy at night especially during the weekend.

The floor in the main room was abit sticky when we came. Had to mopped it, then it was okay. Chairs are wobbly.

The location was superb and the apartment was light and airy. It felt like a safe building in a city centre.

The apartment was a bit short on crockery and cutlery for 5 people staying. Also dining chairs. The shower door seals were leaky so bathroom floors got wet.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and easy to get to and around from. Easy check in and close to facilities.

Quite loud on Friday/Saturday night as it’s on the main promenade.

Being charged £118 for apartment cleaning. Suggest, this apartment is checked regularly as cleaning was very poor. Bathroom shower heads have never been cleaned, nor the shower door & rubber seal. En-suite shower grubby with filthy shower head, water collects in shower tray. Kitchen bin filthy top, not cleaned, stuck on food etc. Arrived with all the power turned off from main fuse board, took forever to heat and have hot water. Kitchen floor not very clean either. No mattress or pillow protectors either! Overall disappointing.

We loved the location

When we arrived the bedroom floors were filthy, rubbish from previous guests still there. I had to hoover myself (after emptying the hoover which was full and disgusting) as I did not want my 6yo son walking on carpet that might injure him (we found sharp metal pieces on floor. There were multiple issues such as the shower overflowing and flooding the en suite and bathroom next door - pretty gross shower tbh. One tap did not work in the en suite too. The sofa is filthy, stains on blankets and broken smoke detector in hallway. When we contacted the management team all that happened was they constantly texted from different numbers wanting photos but no offer of compensation. I complained via them and through booking.com and received nothing. Given this place charges £106 for cleaning they could have at least offered to refund that.

Location is excellent, centre of the city. The apartment block is really secure with electronic access and security, we felt really safe (two females). The facilities were excellent also, high quality iron and board, airer, washing machine. Three toilets and two bathrooms including a bath. Plenty of towels provided and spare duvets in the cupboards. Plenty of hot water and not too noisy considering the central location.

Huge apartment with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Located in a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants, but also very quiet.
