Perfect location right in the city centre and not far from train station

Nothing really nice apartment

Key lock was easy to access.

We only got into the building as someone was leaving and let us in. When we buzzed with our flat number we didnt' get through.

Spacious, clean apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms in an unbeatable location. As described. Fast internet. The agency staff were very helpful and quick to respond. I and my colleague would have had a good stay if it weren’t for several problems described below.

Too much information which is wasn’t clear on several crucial issues - eg apartment number and how to get into the building. The guest has to sign an agreement which comes across as quite OTT threatening all kinds of sanctions in case of damage caused to the apartment. This made me obsessively check for any sign of existing damage (broken chair, cracked floor tiles). Wrong coffee capsules which didn’t fit the coffee machine. Then there was a problematic security issue: When I came into the apartment, I found a bedroom window looking onto a fire escape bridge open, with another open window across the bridge that gave full access to the apartment from the corridor. The window couldn’t be shut and the management called a maintenance person who simply took a photo and shut the opposite window. I then worked out myself how to shut the bedroom window. While the flat was very clean, the shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. All this was quite unnecessary and avoidable.

The apartment was spacious and clean, situated in an excellent location in the city center. The Stay South Wales team was very cooperative and responded promptly to our inquiries.

The living room is spacious but underutilized, with only one sofa and two uncomfortable chairs. Adding an additional sofa would greatly enhance comfort for families and groups. The apartment's location is also quite noisy, particularly in the evenings
