I liked the location. The pools and restaurants.

Firstly, my deposit was not fully refunded. I was told that the sheet was stained which is untrue. The towels were dirty and could not be used. Most of the furniture is broken which I honestly think is a trap to bring back the full deposit. Luckily, I had inspected the apartment top to bottom when I arrived to avoid being accused of breakages. And when nothing was found, I was told about a stain that never even happened.

There was an odd smell in the room, like a dampness.

The view, the pools, Restaurant was exceptional. Shuttle taking us to Mall, valley of pools and Bush buck, driver, esp. Sipho was such a good driver and so friendly.

Shortage of Sun light in bedroom and windows to high for fresh morning breeze, though aircon help, but can't complain

the location

The host did not provide us with proper parking instructions and the location of the unit. The phone reception at the room was non existent. The host was not reachable. Her communication was not clear and concise. We were charged an extra night after payment was made for 2 hours.
