Full access to all facilities, pleasant experience and nice service.

The house was smelly actually the carpet was smelling dump and the room was dusty, which is caused by the carpet in the room. We had to go and buy aifreshners, carpet freshener and mix things to get rid of the smell. And had to keep the aircon on the whole time. I would recommend for the owner to replace the carpet with tiles and wash the rag in the lounge and the curtains as well.

The reception lady was helpful and the shuttle driver Mr byron was exceptionally great. The beach was awesome with the view calmness of the area.

First they must be honest with their rate not to change it after you make booking then you see additional chargers hidden. I didn't mind paying R1500 for broken damages incase something gets broken but state that money on the open don't hide it. Then i the client will have to pay after the booking money is paid. Allow people to make their choices with clear information at hand not tricks to make a client to pay more. There are lot of venues with good open book client service not this trick stunt. Addition of paying the cleaning staff why should it be added to a client ? Rather include it on the main price for the booking. I am very hurtful i was even charged more funds on the return funds just because i pay the damages return fees direct to the atm what a hell !!! . Ever since i have been using booking.com to all my booking this was the worse terrible treatment i received from the owners. The bed is extremely low rather make a plan to install legs on the bed.

Bathroom extractor fan wasn't working Mold on bathroom ceiling Room was a little dusty due to maitainence outside the suites

The place was safe and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The unit had a musty/stuffy smell. The iron provided did not work. I was unable to contact anyone via the contact details provided. Thankfully, housekeeping was able to assist with an iron.
