How comfortable the bed were

The hot tap in shower were slow

The location was spot on, close to the beach & entertainment

Felt tired, needs a bit of TLC, top step to get inside was wobbly.

Generally clean. Excellent location. A few other reviews suggest it is hard to find the site. I used Google maps rather than a sat nav, and found it straight away. The owner provided written directions after booking. 5 mins walk from Fantasy Island, and theres also a gate on site that gets you straight on the beach. A little cafe and shop on site was handy. The caravan was very basic, but did the job for us for 3 days. There was a fan provided, and also a heater. I noticed a couple of reviews said there was no hot water - we didn't at first. Then my friend realised we had to ignite the pilot light in the cupboard.

The shower only trickled water, hot and cold. One of the twin bed legs was very flimsy, as was the step leading in. The caravan was a little tired. It would benefit from a good deep clean The window in the double room didnt lock properly It's sold as a 6 berth, but there were only 4 dinner plates etc. That didn't bother us as we were out and about the majority of the time so barely used anything in the kitchen. There was just me, my friend and my 7 year old. I would seriously question how you'd cope with another 3 people in there?? We visited Captain Jack's (family entertainment in Fantasy Island) each of the three nights we stayed. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, judging by the disgusting state that at least 50% of the people there left their tables, you can begin to understand why caravan owners wouldn't want to invest too much time and money into replacing crockery and extreme upkeep of their personal vans for fear of someone trashing it every other week. It's not a 5 star accommodation, but it is not advertised as such. It was what I expected, no more, no less. I would happily book again

It was a cosy caravan perfect for what we needed close to fantasy island and access to the beach.

There were a few minor issues but nothing that hindered our stay

Nothing, the caravan was full of grime, it had a very strong smell of sweat I would not advise anybody to book this caravan. We stopped 1 night out of the 3

No hot water, very dirty and smelled
