LAGO DI COMO - In Centro a 1 min da Lago e Stazione - Wifi

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w samym centrum wspaniałego rynku. W miarę blisko galeria i market. Wspaniały widok z balkonu.

Zamiast klimatyzacji był klimatyzator, który jak był włączony to przeszkadzał w oglądaniu telewizji. Trzeba było wylewać wodę z butelki, która stała za klimatyzatorem. Brak elektrycznego czajnika.

Lokalizacja, czysty apartament

The location is great. Short distance from railway station and city center. The room was spacious, and the balcony to the yard was nice. There was no traffic noise, and we were able to keep the windows open.

The bathroom had very few hooks to use for the towels and clothes. The lights on the bathroom mirror were not working either. We also missed the bedside lights.

We did like that the basics were there.

The management, the air conditioning was loud and inefficient. Management was curt, did not share access information until after we had arrived and then we waited outside for over an hour for that access information. One should not advertise as having air conditioning when the base has to be emptied periodically in order to not overflow water on the floor.

The application for check in did not work on my phone at all, when I reached out to the host, there was 0 help. Just extremely condescending comments and unprofessional messages. I'm giving this place a 1 rating for this insane attitude. In reality it's probly a 7, but not more. The door to the shower is broken, the sheets are some synthetic material.
