Large modern rooms, nice patios. Very clean. Free shuttle into to town and back.

Very quiet at night. Beautiful deck area on river not being utilized. A little music, some nice lighting and a bar on that deck would make a world of difference and may entice customers to stay and enjoy the hotel rather than always going into town. Breakfast was decent but slow espresso machine for the numbers at breakfast is a problem although quality of coffee appreciated.

We loved our room, it had a huge balcony facing the river with a sofa, chair and table. The room was exceptionally large, the bathroom as well, double sinks, the shower was excellent, lots of hot water and they give you face cloths in the room, which is a bonus in Southeast Asia. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free snacks/drinks replenished daily. Breakfast was good, it's not advertised but you can order eggs and Pho if you ask one of the staff. Self serve laundry was available, we used it several times. Free on demand shuttle to town and you just have to What's app them for pickup. Free pickup and drop off to airport and train station. We absolutely loved it here. We would stay again.

Wonderful sunset views over the Mekong River from the hotel’s terrace. Staff extremely polite, efficient and friendly. Good swimming pool with comfortable seating areas. Very relaxing. Room very clean, with excellent facilities and comfortable bed. Highly recommended for anybody wanting a relaxing stay by the river.

Whilst the hotel did provide a very efficient shuttle service in and out of the Old Town, for me personally it did lack some of the atmosphere and convenience of staying in the Old Town itself. Therefore, I was pleased that I had divided my week in Luang a Prabang between 4 nights staying in and exploring the Old Town and 4 nights relaxing by the river at this hotel.

Loved everything. Room size was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and stocked my fridge with diet drinks daily after one ask, restaurant food was delicious

Breakfast was amazing. The convenience of transport to the placesw closeby that was provided by the hotel free of cost was a definete plus.

The water pressure was super low in the bathroom. Even after the facilities management came and fixed it, it went back to being low again. Was a bit difficult to take a good shower.

The Riverside setting was spectacular for vistas over the Mekong. The craft Village and Silk Road restaurant next door were my favourite spot to watch the sunset every evening. The free shuttle to town and the airport were very useful. The bedroom and bathroom were stylish. The staff were really helpful.

The setting is down a rough looking lane in a slightly grotty area of Luang Prabang. My first room stank of smoke, so I asked to change rooms. There's no bar area to have a drink.
