Relaxful Hotel泊岸酒店

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at!! The staff were definitely the standout! Such lovely caring people! They could not have done more to help make our stay an absolute joy! From free pickup and drop off to the train station and the free shuttle car available to take guests to any where in town! The rooms were incredible and the location over looking the Mekong was spectacular! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Complimentary electric car with a driver very dedicated in his job. Free transfer to the airport or train station. Breakfast is good with a great view on the river. Clear marks on hot and cold water in the room (very useful when you need to wait a few minutes until you get real hot water, otherwise you don't know for sure which side to choose to let the cold water pass away)

In the room there are many dangerous doorsteps - both of us damaged feet on that. Doors and windows are not soundproof at all. All external sounds come to the room including dogs barking and unknown creatures. Not

I had a wonderful stay at Relaxful Hotel! It’s new, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with genuinely kind staff and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, WiFi fast, and the pool relaxing. Although slightly outside the city center, their free electric car service is super convenient. True to its name, the hotel is peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully run. Highly recommended!

Great location on the Mekong River

The hotel is more 3 star, definitely not 5 star as promoted. The cleaning needs so much work, dirty bath, windows, tiles all need hard scrubbing The "hot" buffet food was cold every morning and not very much variety for a "5 star" hotel. The outdoor pool had some tiles missing and the pool lounges were old and worn. We won't stay there again.

Beautifull on the edge of the river. Especially Onesy who speaks good english was very helpfull

Easy to find, good parking lot out front with security and pleasant check in. Our room was large and quite beautiful but looked out over said parking lot; called city view.... Large room nicely finished with AC, mini fridge with a few complimentary soft drinks, room safe, kettle with tea and coffee, closet with robes, slippers and three hangers… Bath, hand and face clothes, and lots of toiletries. Linens are very nice. Good water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water although it is very hard to regulate between scalding and cold. The pool area is beautiful right along the Mekong River with a beautiful view of the sunset down the river from the garden behind the pool. Fairly extensive breakfast buffet with Chinese type food, and fresh fruit, salad, breads, etc. I enjoyed boiled eggs, salami, bacon, toast bread and pancakes with marmalade. Pretty good coffee, too. Something for everyone!

Lightning in bathroom is extremely poor and room itself does not have a vanity mirror. Very hard to regulate shower water temperature between scalding and cold. There were no clean pool towels at the pool, no staff, and only 10 loungers of which only 6 have cushions. No pool bar, no pool drinks. Pool water is numbingly cold. So sad. How’s that for relaxful? The breakfast tables were not set up with napkins or cutlery. No table service for coffee or tea. At checkout they make you wait for the room to be checked to make sure you didn’t steal anything.
