Bright, spacious flat close to beach, Cliff Road

Location of property is excellent..great size..and very clean.. couple of minutes from North Norfolk Coastal Path...same for going into town.. down hill.

Spacious, bright and nicely furnished living area; efficient heating and hot water; good size bathroom; good strong spray on the shower. Quiet, no noise from other apartments. Could park on the street this time of year (early March). We only stayed two nights and did not cook so cannot comment on oven, hob etc. Good location for town and beach.

Bathroom could do with an extractor fan to reduce condensation; there is little through flow of air. No lights over the dining table; ok in daylight but rather dark eating at night. No door to bedroom.

Everything. Smart telly. Heating and underfloor heating. Cosy.

Location, cosy feel to it

A light, spacious flat, Clean, nice decor, great location and priced well.

Both the bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed was so soft it made for a really uncomfortable night and we borrowed a camp bed from local family rather than use the sofa bed.
