Bright, spacious flat close to beach, Cliff Road

Great location, lovely flat would recommend

Location is perfect for seafront, town, restaurants and we were able to find free on street parking for 2 cars

Good location. Plenty of space, nice kitchen with cooking equipment. Lovely to have board games. Good size TV. Liked balcony. Good to have bath available. Good quality furniture generally. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Could be cleaner and better maintained. Bath and kitchen tap leaked. Damp patches in living room and mould in bathroom and toilet seat loose. Windows all very dirty and balcony needs cleaning. Bed settee in living room double but very narrow for 2 adults. Leg falling off leather armchair. Parking was tricky and long stay carpark nearby quite expensive. Would be good if washing machine reinstalled- powder under sink but bins now in that area of kitchen. No door on bedroom.

It was hot and to not have a working fridge or freezer when you have a family spoils things a bit even though we loved the flat.

Quiet area, street parking was fine, proximity to coast path and beach. 5 minutes. 30 minute drive to Morston Quay for seal boat trip. 2 year old grand-daughter loved it. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Appreciated the balcony seating area. Spacious layout in the kitchen/dining/lounge area.

Had advance warning the freezer compartment in fridge was not working but that was not a problem for our 2 night stay. I did wonder if the fridge temperature was cool enough? The kitchen tap fitting (seating?) seems to be seeping water as quite a puddle was forming and working its way along the back edge of worktop. To improve upon privacy, especially if non family are staying, it would be an asset to have a door of some kind reinstated at the entrance to the bedroom. This would also help if a young child/children were sleeping to help reduce any 'noise' from footsteps when walking on floorboards. Note: there is a door to the bathroom and to the main living area.
