Bright, spacious flat close to beach, Cliff Road

The flat was lovely and comfortable everything you needed and great location close to seafront and town. Easy parking on the street

Would have been nice to have had larger bath towels. Bedroom door missing not a problem if staying as solo or a couple as a door between the lounge and hall which leads to bedroom and bathroom but if with a friend sleeping on sofa bed as I was would add privacy if they need to use bathroom.

Complete layout... Shower was fantastic bed extremely comfortable

Door handles into hall and bathroom very stiff... Bath tap leaked..Fridge freezer didn't function right it kept getting really hot on the top so water kept coming into fridge

Our stay was fab . Easy access due to excellent communication from Fawn . Straight forward instructions to get in and all information was accurate. 👍

Lovely flat, had everything we needed for a great peaceful getaway

Brilliant place to stay.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay here at the beginning of March 2024. The apartment was well situated, and we even managed to park right outside. Access on arrival was easy and the apartment inside was perfect for the two of us. The overall location is great with easy access to Sheringham town, and ideal for walking and exploring the coastal paths too. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future.

The location was great - right by the coastal path - and 2 minutes from the sea. The flat was a good size and exactly like the pictures.

We found the towels a little small - nice big bath sheets would have been preferred. A king size quilt on the double bed would be great as it was a little small.
