"Great stay"

The apartment is very clean and designed well, the location cannot be beaten for city night life or if you wanted a quiet night in. Really cannot fault anything, the process of check in is quick and easy

"Would stay again, but again, wouldn't recommend this for a family visit. A group of adults is better"

Very easy, once we showed them the booking confirmation at the GoLocal shop around the corner, we got the keys with instructions.

I really liked the venue, but definitely a few things to consider. I wouldn't travel here with family as there was a lot of student parties going on around the venue. Was ok for us, but would imagine difficult with a small child.

Location

Front door didn’t lock for the duration of the visit , it was unlocked when arriving so obviously someone knew there was a problem Maintenance did come in a reasonable time , but could fix it … couldn’t secure overnight, no internal security chain to give us piece of mind Hid valuables every time we went out No further call or apology Also cleaning not great in non high traffic areas , picture frames , shelf stack with books and plants on , window ledges, behind beds when pulled out , not all blinds had working chains

Location was amazing, the views were fantastic the living space also

Ver poor quality pillows which resulted in a very poor nights sleep quite dusty in places too and lots of stains on furniture also looked a little tired also the key pick up staff were rude and very unhelpful

The location and the view were the best features.

It was quite hard to close the front door (not very intuitive). Some instructions would have been useful. Also, more forks and more toiletries and toilet paper would have been nice.

"Wouldn't waste my money ."

That it was comfortable

The place is faulty the blinds dropped down on my kids we got locked in the livingroom and due to no staff being on site we had to figure our own way out with a butter knife the shower doors in the bedroom wouldn't open the pull out beds was dirty it wasn't a great experience and I don't think I'll return to the apartment and wouldn't advise and of my family and friends to either I wouldn't call it a penthouse just a little flat BTW there is no heating apart from portable heating and the "telescope" that's just there for show is flimsy and dropped on my 1 year old!
