Host & Stay - The Baltic Penthouse 2

Spacious .. useful location. Fairly clean (except for one of the toilets that definitely needed wiping).

The description of the property was that it included a patio which we were eagerly looking forward to ... however, there wasn't one. We were also informed that there was a spare key (which we very much needed). However, despite requesting via phone calls, one was not provided. The lock on the door to the apartment was incredibly difficult to operate (needs replacing).

Really clean and spacious

No parking, not the most streamlined check in experience at the local shop. Only 1 set of keys between the party and needed to get into the block, not just the flat itself. Was supposed to be an extra set in the flat but they were not there. Contacted host but we're not provided. No access to the roof terrace area- padlocked off. Not enough glass ware, crockery etc for no. of guests

Location was great, comfy beds and lovely size dining table, easy key collection and the host and stay staff reply very quickly to any queries we had.

Not enough cutlery or loo roll(only one roll each bathroom) for 8 people, only one lift Working.

Location was good and apartment was clean and tidy.

Entrance was slightly messy and looked tired, but this did not affect the quality of the apartment

I booked the apartment and was informed to collect the keys in the corner shop. Not informed there is security code which I need to get to collect the keys. I was calling the number for more than 30min finally got hold of someone barely speaking english > she gave me the code which was invalid. Another hour later I go the call that someone is coming to drop the keys. 2hours waiting and finally 11pm got my keys. I had to pay 250£ deposit for damage.

Lovely apartment with great views. Good locations a short distance from all the main sights.

Lobby and outside street slightly dirty, but you don’t stay in the lobby do you! Had some issues with the lock until got the knack with it.

Lived the layout and the view. Location was great for our stay.

There seems to be a small issue with drafts from some windows. Minor issue but it was an incredibly windy weekend.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.

Parking is not very convenient.
