Finger prints on high gloss units in the kitchen, felt a bit dirty Only x1 toilet roll in each toilet No washing up liquid Lots of emails

I like the location and the size of the apartment.

Heating wasn't working, I did try to solve it with the host but wasn't successful. There was two little electric heaters but wasn't enough. Not enough toilet rolls for six women for two days.

Arrived after a long drive to collect the keys from a newsagency. No greeting or smile. Unable to get into the building and non one answered the phone when I phoned. Finally someone let us in. The apartment was filthy, from the moment we entered it smelled disgusting. Heavily stained sofa’s Stained cushions Stained bedding Toilets stained with urine, pubic hair and Faeces Dusty and generally dirty throughout Not as what was advertised We ended up leaving within 10 minutes having phoned to complain, they said they would try and get hold of a cleaner . I explained it is not a quick clean it needs a deep clean with sofas etc needing to be deep cleaned. We handed the keys back and then has to fork out for another accomodation. Throughout they have refused to refund even sending messages with regards to our stay. Despite them being fully aware we left and handed the keys back. I have made numerous phone calls etc to secure a refund and eventually they offered 35 pound cleaning fee . Poor form . I have now lodged a formal complaint with booking.com in order to secure a refund. Their response further highlights the lack of professionalism. STILL AWAITING A REFUND.

Great views and location was convenient

Apartment was a little tired and damaged in places, which didn't particularly bother me, but it did make me worried that we might not get our deposit back

The heating was not working at the property and sadly it was stormy and exceptionally cold weather outside.Therefore it was difficult to enjoy the facilities that the property had to offer. The host and stay company did respond to my communications very quickly, however the issue was not resolved, which resulted in a very cold uncomfortable stay. On a positive Liverpool has lots to see and do and we made the best of a bad situation.

Good location and views were great across the city.

Some of the blinds were broken and hardly any cooking equipment; no large bowls or pans etc & neighbours were a bit noisy when coming in and out.

Great location, large apartment, well appointed.

The checkout at 10am was a bit early.

Property was clean & only a 15 minute walk from train station.

The smell from the landing was a bit unbearable which came from the bins I believe but I think this is out with their control.
