Ein sehr schönes Apartement in Altstadtnähe mit zwei Bädern. Fantastisch.

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy cómodas. Zona muy tranquila, aun estando en fiestas, muy cerca de todo, para hacerlo caminando.

Con ola de calor no es recomendable si eres fan del aire acondicionado, aunque conseguimos dormir bien gracias a la buena orientación de las ventanas que permitía circular el aire fresco de la noche.

Le dimensioni dell’appartamento sono perfette per una famiglia. Ci sono due camere da letto, due bagni e un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è molto vicina al centro storico di Bilbao, si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentile

I materassi non sono molto comodi.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und hat sofort geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben! Man kann direkt vor dem Appartement halten zum Be und Entladen, wir hatten sogar das Glück übers Wochenende dort kostenlos parken zu können. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Bilbao zu erkunden.

La posizione ottima vicino al centro storico, Ramiro ci ha dato tutto le informazioni in modo chiaro preciso e in italiano. L’appartamento nuovo è molto carino e dotato di tutto quello che serve.

We were happy with the apartment — it’s clean, cozy, well-equipped, and matches the description. A nice bonus is that pets are allowed, although there is an extra charge of €15 per day.

The only downside is that one of the two bedrooms faces the street, so it can get quite noisy, especially in the mornings, with people passing by and garbage trucks. Overall, we liked it — a good option for a short stay.

The apartment is ok and is relatively clean. The main spots of interest are fairly easy to reach. It is very nice that there are two bathrooms and two showers.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is very noisy, even at night: cars passing by, people talking or yelling, which makes it hard to fall asleep. The beds are not very comfortable, too soft to my taste. It is situated close to the old town and the neighborhood with a lot of drunkers passing the time in local bars and smoking on the streets kind of ruine the impression of the absolutely gorgeous more modern part of the city. The furniture is already a bit worn out, the sofa definitely needs a chemical cleaning (it smells!). I missed a roster in the kitchen.
