"Avoid!"

Unfortunately, nothing although it was a 20 minute walk to Cardiff so that was a bonus

Be warned this property is dangerous No tv No Wifi Smells of smoke ! (even though our non-smoking property) No shower curtain No balcony (scaffolding) No, no non-slipped Matts in bathrooms Fire alarm hanging off of kitchen ceiling constantly every 30 minutes making a beeping sound ! A building site not a nice stay at all !! no help from messaging and complaining about the constant beeping noise I think Booking.com should consider taking this property off their sight asap

Nice flat, 10 mins walk away from Cardiff bay and 20 mins walk from the centre of town.

WiFi wasn’t working and there was no sign of a parking permit so I ended up parking on a street a few minutes walk away.

"Distressing, the worst experience I have ever had"

Nothing

It was a building site. Advert misleading. No access to balcony due to scaffolding on the whole building. Loose extension wires in the property. Parking space tiny, no way a Land Rover could park. Building had to be accessed via unlit building tunnel. A major health & safety hazard. The advert & pictures were not factual. There is extensive building works currently being carried out with absolutely no mention of this in the advert. The noise from drilling & banging was horrendous

"Disappointing"

Location

No warning given that major works taking place on building. Covering meant no view at all (reason for booking) no access to balcony- as it was being removed. On 4th floor- but workmen started working with power tools at 8.15am right outside bedroom window and continued all day. No parking permit provided- communication was terrible trying to sort. Ruined stay worrying about getting parking ticket. Staff unable to find permit or provide reassurance I wouldn’t get a ticket.

Clean and comfortable with lifts, no stairs. Had everything we needed.

A bit of a hike to walk into Cardiff City but doable.

The location is really good. The space has a great distribution and we had the basics covered. Communication with the support team was easy and helped sort out what we needed.

I think it could be helpful to integrate instructions for certain appliances such as the washing machine.
