The location! But also the state of the appartment, the light inside the appartment and the facilities (washing machine, kitchen).

The bathroom could have been cleaner and we didn't get any warning about a party of the back neighbours on the first night we arrived. It went on until 4am with extremely loud music.

Excellent location - make sure to secure an apartment that does not face the street otherwise it is extremely noisy right next to the market. Bright space with good facilities in a very historic refurbished building. Great hosts who are super nice.

Ideally, there would be coffee pods and more toilet paper on arrival. The elevator was temperamental and the space could be a little cleaner - the couch needs a steam clean desperately.

The apartment is in a good position, close to the fantastic Carmel Market and close to the beach.

it is too small for 4 people. the dish-wares are really few and it’s almost impossible to cook a plate of pasta since also the colander is missing. when we arrived the apartment was not very clean and the maintenance of the apartment is nearly missing. ( 2/3 door handles have been broken probably for several months

The house is very nice, it’s like living in a villa in the city center. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean.

The wi fi was interrupted several times and the fridge was noisy at night.
