"Great location, high end price"

Perfect location, clean and new facilities, responsive owner.

The price is on the highest possible end. If you are a light sleeper - take the environment into consideration - you are on the probably most touristic route with 24/7 Tel Aviv vibe

"Needs some minor adjustments"

Location at Carmel Market was both a blessing and a curse. Street noise was atrocious: ambulances, horns honking, breaks screeching, street noise from local restaurants.

No directions on how to use the washing machine and the air conditioner. It was VERY hot when we entered the apt, and it took us 30 mins or so to find a You Tube video that matched the air conditioner control. Would be helpful if the owner would leave instructions on these appliances.
