House of Palm - One of a Kind

We spent several minutes trying to open the box containing the keys. After setting the right code, we pulled the wrong part of the box so we could not open it, fortunately another resident of the building came to our aid and showed us how to do it properly. such a funny and slightly stressful adventure we had at the beginning of our really nice stay. We recommend

the flat is beautiful and spacious, loads of light but good shading if need to sleep. great location. it was clean and well maintained.

however the location is great, it’s on a road where cars are not allowed, so we had to drag our cases to the taxi on the first and last nights.

Other guests made a lot of noise when coming home around 3/4 am in the morning

Cleanliness, furniture, comfortable bed, large mirror, windows open, iron/ironing board if needed, large refrigerator, nice bathroom with storage space

Bedside lamp for reading, more toilet paper for 8 nts (only 3 rolls?), extra sheets to change my own linens (?), lack of cooking utensils, even just two; had to use flatware to scramble eggs!; lack of bread knife; owner did not follow up on request for lamp.

The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk from Carmel market and public transport.10 minute walk to the beach. Lot of small restaurants nearby. The appartment had 2 small balconys on the sunny side, kitchen was well equipt.

Everything was fine.
