Location was near York centre.

The parking was a nightmare and driving along the road was challenging. Tap dripped in kitchen which was quite dated. Cobwebs hung off the hall light fittings.

"A lovely house in a brilliant position right near,we would definitely book again"

The house is in a superb position right near the river path to town in a peaceful quiet area. It’s really warm and cosy and immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable and there’s a bath and good powerful shower. The kitchen has most things you need to make basic meals and the lounge furniture is comfortable.

A dishwasher would improve the kitchen,more useful to us than the washing machine. We had plenty seating in the lounge for 3 but if anyone had 4 adults then there’s only one armchair and a sofa that would be a bit cramped for 3 adults.

Great location, very homely.

Top of stairs was abit worrying could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.
