Nicely furnished, excellent location and friendly hosts. We enjoyed the little treats that were left for us!

Was in walking distance to the town centre, about ( 15 minutes). Free street parking, the welcome basket was a nice surprise

Parking was a little tight as the street is narrow

Very clean, comfortable, all appliances in working order, nicely decorated and furnished, plenty of parking. Lovely little house.

Good communication and instructions from the managing company. The house itself was in a great location. A lovely walk along the river to get into the centre of town and a very pleasant walk along footpaths through an allotment and across a meadow to get to the university. The house was comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Good for a short stay. Great to have free on-street parking too.

Loved the property, little extras were most appreciated. Would highly recommend this place especially to walk into York and not use the car.

It’s an older terrace so the stairs are steep. OK for me but some might find a challenge in not too agile.
