Perfect location. Nice walk by the river into the shops, restaurants. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Slept very well. Parked right outside the property. Keysafe allowed easy access to property

"Good accommodation for a stay in York."

The house was very clean, it was a cosy wee house. The bed was comfortable. My wife enjoyed having a bath (we have a shower at home). The owner left a some goodies for use to eat - a nice touch we thought. There was a space for parking. The location was a short walk from York City Centre. Good communication from the owner, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this accommodation.

The house was beautifully clean and well equipped. The location was great being very close to the river and a short and enjoyable walk to the city centre. Information received before and during the stay was very good.

The place was really lovely, lovely location. Everything we needed, comfortable beds. shower excellent. The place was really clean apart from my granddaughters found a pair of underpants in the twin bedded room behind the lamp which was not nice that was the only complaint

It was central so clean and quiet. The resources were amazing, books , cd player board games , kitchen facilities spot on and lovely outdoor area. Bedrooms super cosy. The bath and shower fabulous. Great touch having extension leads in the bedrooms for phone charger and other items. The Scottish made toiletries again superb. Any information we needed was all in the book for us so again excellent . Plenty towels , black out curtains all in all a ten out of 10!

"York at its Best!"

Loved the rooms, the place was lovely and the little back courtyard was lovely. Location was superb for exploring York. We walked along the river.

Beds were a smidge uncomfortable but that's a personal preference.
