I had a reservation at this property and I paid the insurance, cancelled the booking, and the didn't give me a refund, I called them many times, they answered the phone it's really bad staff, I never recommend to book in this property .

Nothing, the photos were deceiving. It was not clean. It was not child friendly since all the doors were firedoors.

Everything. The location felt unsafe. It was not propery clean. The photos here were deceiving.
