Hemlock Manor

Remodel, everything available in the kitchen, i loved that thy got washing machine and dryer, dishwasher is super clean , i loved the wood inside the cabin .

I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t hot enough, the grill is too small for a family size to use ,

they gave me one code. When I arrived 30 min early, I messaged them to see if it was ok to access the premiums. They then gave me a different code, that did not work. So I tried the origianl code and that got me in.

2 rooms had full beds, listing made it sound like it should have been queen beds. The one room with a King bed had a huge sunken spot that I did not get sleep the entire stay. One guest ended up using the pull out couch as the full beds were not big enough for 2 adults.

I like how close it was to Gatlinburg. The pool table was nice. The hot tub was nice.

There was just some broken stuff like tiles in the bathroom pictures hanging on the wall even let a couple shutters on the windows were broken the TV upstairs in the king size room. The remotes wouldn’t even work so we had to use the downstairs remote.

The pool table was broken, a fan in the closet was broken, and one of the drains in the tub was broken. The downstairs fireplace didn't work. The master bedroom fireplace didn't work. The hot tub didn't work,and there were no chemicals in the hottub...majority of the amenities didn't work for the price that we paid for the cabin. Ran out of trash bags the first night.
