"Comfy stay"

The size was perfect for us, and the location was great.

The hot tub was not working, and after calling about it the day after we arrived, it was not fixed for our stay. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

"Not a great experience for my two son's birthdays!"

The location was great.

I was lied to about the hot tub working. The ice machine, garbage disposal, microwave weren't working correctly. Bed size wasn't correct from advertisement. Contacted jessica from guest services at Jackson Mountain Homes about issues and was promised a call back, I never recieved one. They refunded some money for the hot tub but there was more issues then that from our stay.
