The amenities were amazing, bottles of water and some small snacks when you check in. Bed & AC were great. Wifi was alright, I could do meetings there, but sometimes it would lag a bit. Plenty of shampoo/soaps, and more stuff to use. Location was great, everything in Old San Juan was walkable from here.

Major issue: Every time I entered the apartment, and specifically the bathroom there were bugs & cockroaches. Clearly it has been issue as I found bug spray in the kitchen. I messaged the host about it and didn't get a response. No dealbreakers but not great: - Check-in was a little unclear because instructions were for a working elevator. If you walk up the stairs, there's a small area with two doors, one leading to a gym the other one to the apartments. Apartments on the 2nd floor are to the door on the right. - No information/message about checkout, so I just put the keys back in the lockbox? - Elevator was broken down, they said it would be fixed next day, but I stayed for 7 days and still wasn't fixed. - Seemed the floor hadn't been cleaned well in quite a while. - Shower is warm, can't go any colder. Note for others: Apartment 21 is right next to a road & sidewalk and the doors don't isolate the sound. So, if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.

Una ubicación super céntrica, todo queda cerca. En una vía principal por lo que siempre hay gente y eso lo hace sentir seguro, nada solitario. Con un balcón lindísimo para sentrase a ver la gente pasar. Tamaño adecuado para 2 personas.

Sería bueno que incluyeran una plantilla / disco eléctrico para uno poder preparar alimentos

Location was excellent near many attractions and restaurants

The elevator was broken and we had to walk up three steep flights of stairs and I am disabled and have problems walking this was a very big issue had we known the elevator was not working we would not have stayed at this location

Location was perfect. Communication, when needed, was quick and efficient. The family that owns this property are very gracious.

Some evenings were noisy with young people celebrating, nearby.
