Location, easy to check-in and clean.

La ubicación es perfecta para llegar a diferentes sitios turísticos.

Aunque la habitación estaba limpia, durante nuestra estancia percibimos un fuerte olor a humedad. Aunque la persona encargada fue a revisar, el olor continuó, de hecho traemos el olor en la ropa que no utilizamos y que estuvo quieta dentro del closet.

The location is perfect for all things old San Juan to visit via a short walk. Shopping, eating, music, port, and culture. The double doors to the balconies would be great during a festival. It's across the street from an historic church and square.

Roaches with a can of Hotshot Bug spray under the kitchen sink to kill them,, no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink., barely luke warm water in the shower and ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work with a subpar portable AC for the size apt. This would not be acceptable in the full heat of summer. The balcony doors do not lock properly so the wind gust blew the doors open during the rain on Sunday. There are two pairs of steps before you get to the elevator which can be tricky with large and or heavy luggage. The third set of steps we name the steeplechase because they were very steep. Finally, there is a sign advising you not flush TP so I'm not sure that's sanitary.or safe. They did provide a two ply soft brand.

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario, además de un bello balcón. Nos encantó la ubicación del apartamento.

La ubicación es excelente, pero lo que me encantó fue el trato que nos dieron los propietarios, fueron encantadores en todo momento y no tuvimos ningún problema

Todo me gustó, pero el baño era demasiado pequeño
