"Absolutely lovely."

No breakfast. But the location was within walking distance to many cafes & restaurants. Loved it. The just and hostess were very delightful and helpful. They were in touch each day to make sure we were comfortable. Loved my stay.

"Great Location and Value for the Price"

Location was ideal - close to everything in Old San Juan (ie within walking distance). Plus it was close enough for us to walk to the cruise port for us to get on our Princess cruise. I would recommend it and stay there again.

The only drawback - the automated lights in the bathroom. They turn off when you are showering which isn't a big deal - you just have to make sure you move around when taking a shower.

"Great place & great hosts made for an amazing trip to San Juan"

We stayed in Suite 23 with a balcony overlooking the busy San Francisco street … right in the heart of San Juan where you can soak up the local atmosphere, close to all the bars and restaurants. The suite has everything you need and although a little dated it has everything you would want and the bed is so comfy. The hosts have gone out of their way to welcome us and provide all the necessities and there’s water, snacks provided and they even brought us a bottle of Cava … very nice people. If you’re looking for the Ritz-Carlton experience this isn’t the place for you but if you want to be immersed in the local atmosphere, in a comfortable suite that has everything you would need then this is the place for you.
