"Couldn’t have found a better place !"

Location is perfect for the stay in Old San Juan- 5 to 10 min walk everywhere ! Apartment is very specious and aircon works well (you need this in that heat !) To top this up the owners are extremely helpful and accommodating, if we ever make it back that part of the world we would be booking this place again !

Great location. Good space. Water and some snacks were a nice touch. Pillows and bed were quite comfortable. A/C was great. WiFi worked.

Very few outlets. None in the bathroom. Curled my hair at the kitchen sink by unplugging the microwave. Shower had no instructions on the funky hot water heater.

Location

There was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower for two days and plus I had a long flight of 9 hours.I called the hotel and they said to send me someone to fix the water but that someone never came. There's no reception 24 hours as they said in booking.Plus the room has humidity. I'm very disappointed.

"Excelente ubicación"

Lo mejor la atención de los dueños, siempre muy preocupados desde antes del check in hasta la salida del hospedaje. También la ubicación del lugar es óptima, en pleno viejo San Juan se puede recorrer caminando los lugares importantes. El castillo San Cristobal, San Felipe, barrio la Perla y la calle San Sebastián.

Ubicación excelente, en la entrada del Old San Juan, cerca de la Plaza Colon y del Castillo de San Cristóbal.

El aire acondicionado hacía un poco ruido, pero en general todo bien.

Todo fue perfecto. El apartamento es amplio y la cama es comodísima (si te gustan los colchones blandos, como es nuestro caso). El baño también tiene un buen tamaño y la ubicación es perfecta, en medio del viejo San Juan. La dueña encantadora, nos dejó hacer un late check out sin ningún problema. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

La calle es bastante ruidosa por las mañanas, a tener en cuenta si se tiene el sueño ligero. No había jabón lavaplatos en la cocina (supongo que fue un despiste, ya que estaba equipada). Nos encontramos alguna cucaracha por la habitación y el baño.
