The Guest House is located in a central area of Old San Juan, so it was very easy for us to go around even without a car. Our apartment had a balcony, and that was lovely. The apartment was very clean, with a little kitchenette and a coffee maker (coffee was already there, so we didn’t have to buy any!). The bed was suuuper comfortable. We loved our stay!

The elevator closes very fast and doesn’t have movement detectors. Make sure you jump out as soon as you get to your floor :)

Perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. Anything you want or need is in walking distance. The apartment was comfortable, roomy,clean.

t's very trivial and none of these things affected the quality of my stay. With that said, upon arrival we did discover 3 small roaches in the room and saw a few more during our stay. It really was nothing serious and we didnt see any more after getting rid of the ones we saw. I assume they came in from the balcony since the apartment was very clean and well kept. The a/c worked well but was very loud. made it dificult to watch TV while the a/c was on. Also the only hot water in the apartment was in the shower on both sinks, the hot water did not work. So if you want to just wash your face off, youll have to run the shower.

It was in an ideal location.

The room had no window…it thought I was in Saigon, Vietnam once I noticed this.

Located in Old San Juan, I was excited at first to stay here. Until the first night when I discovered the property is completely INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! The owner's daughter told me she would not send an exterminator and asked me to treat the apartment with a spray under the kitchen sink. I found no spray there, just many more roaches! In the morning, I found roaches in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I had to make a new last-minute reservation and leave this unsanitary place! When I spoke to the owner, she screamed at my girlfriend and I. She accused us of lying because we had not taken photos. I was too busy stomping on the many roaches scurrying around!! I called her daughter, who had told me roaches have been an ongoing issue at the building. She was very rude, refused to acknowledge the issue, and hung up on me!

HORRIBLE COCKROACH INFESTATION Rude hosts Building has a bad smell No parking Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I hope I can help at least one person not have the same horrible experience that I had!
