Close to all the main attractions. Safe and friendly.

Sofa could be more comfortable but did not spend much time in the room. The AC went out once but they were quick to resolve.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, en todo el casco antiguo, zona linda y segura para caminar, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, lugares históricos, museo, calles famosas todo muy a la mano.

Apto #21 De puertas para adentro el lugar es feo, la entrada es oscura, huele a feo, los muebles del apartamento son de linea muy económica, el colchón es demasiado incomodo. Lo peor de todo fue el el aire acondicionado "portatil", suena demasiado y no enfría, por lo tanto NO pude dormir esa noche, estabamos en verano, toco dormir con la ventana abierta pero el ruido de la calle no permitio descansar. Avisé al dueño de que no podia seguir en este alojamiento por el calor, solicite un re embolso y no lo obtuve, me propusieron cambiar de apartamento pero no me interesó. Tuve que pagar otro alojamiento por las otras 4 noches restante de mi estadía en Puerto Rico.

Great central location in Old San Juan. The property felt very secure and safe (you need a key to enter and exit the building). The room was spacious and had excellent natural lighting. The terrace was beautiful and expansive. The AC was EXCELLENT. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen area with big fridge and dining table. The owners were very sweet and attentive to any questions I had. Best part is being 2 min walking distance to Plaza Colon where you can easily pick-up Ubers to get around. Definitely a home away from home vibe here!

Bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. The automatic lights in the bathroom would turn off prematurely even though I was in the shower. The blinds didn't darken the room enough so best to bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to early morning light (I am at least). These things are not huge deals but things to keep in mind ;)

The owner and his family make you feel very welcomed. It had an elavetor to upper floors where many facilities in old town does not. This property is so conveniently located to everything.

I liked everything.

Nos sentimos como en casa , con la dotación tanto en el inmueble, como los snacks y elementos de aseo personal. la ubicación para nuestro objetivo fue super importante para los desplazamientos. las ayudas para mantener el ambiente en cuanto al calor muy apropiadas.

Ayudaría muchos folletos de lugares turísticos recomendados y playas más cercanas, por ejemplo, folleto con mapa del viejo san juan ... con eso la sacarían del estadio.

The house is gracious and the position in Vejo San Juan is great.

Major issues with the property: bathroom leak with unpleasant odor (now I understand the presence of all the anti-odor sprays in the house), infestation of mosquitoes (likely due to the leak) and numerous beetles, bedroom fan not working, extremely uncomfortable mattress, no hot water except in the shower, and no kitchen despite being listed (only a microwave provided). What disappointed me most, and led me to write this unpleasant review, is that I reported these problems to the host after two days. While I didn’t expect an immediate fix for the leak (I understand it’s difficult to resolve in a few days), I did expect something to be done about the mosquitoes and bugs. Instead, she was completely uncooperative, saying it’s a normal condition on a tropical island. I understand that, but it was not my first time on a tropical island, and in this case the problem was severe — not because of the island itself, but due to the bathroom leak and stagnant water, which obviously attract mosquitoes.

Lots of amenities and space, right in the city centre, cute snacks upon arrival. loved that we had a fridge.

Very hot in the room, right across a square where homeless people congregate (they get food from the church, which is really good), some of them where visibly on drugs.
