Simona was there to welcome me when I arrived after coming off of two weeks of work travel--she was so helpful for pointing out locations of interest nearby, where to eat, etc., and providing maps and guides to the city in various languages. She showed me how to work the AC, where all the extras were and made sure I felt safe and secure before heading out! I was there for several days before my colleagues arrived for a conference, so on my own I explored the city and ate at the great restaurant on the same block, Da Bertino's. Four of us shared the apartment extremely comfortably-we were very grateful for the cool tiles and the AC after being at our conference all day, and for the chance to do laundry before we got one. Only one note--2 of us loved the mattresses, 2 of us thought they were too hard, so just be aware if you're a soft mattress sleeper pile on some extra blankets. Thank you so much Simona!

SImona was wonderful! She is very responsive and helpful. The apartment layout worked very well for us. Beautifully decorated and Simona left a lot of helpful information about Bologna :)

For our stay in Bologna for few days, the apartment was really nice and the location worked well. However, the excessive noise with work on the building, park activity out back and the dog park made it frustrating to 'chill' on the balcony, work remotely (needed quiet at times) and relax inside since it was so hot out. The dogs in the dog park barked A LOT in late night and early morning as well throughout the day. :(

Roberta was superkind, we could leave our luggage before arrival and after we had left. The location is great in the center but quiet. It is clean and comfortable. We would go back when staying in Bologna. Big thanks Roberta!

Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich (wir haben gut geschlafen), die Lage sehr ruhig (alle Fenster sind gegen den Park ausgerichtet) und die Stadt gut zu Fuss zu besichtigen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber.

Wir haben nicht selber gekocht, daher klnnen wir die Küche nicht beurteilen. Die Küche hat einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht.

We enjoyed a comfortable two nights. Simona was very welcoming and communication was excellent. The apartment is a very good option for a central location overlooking a park. It is easy to walk to the centre from there.

Parking not provided but available nearby.

Location is perfect for tourist activities. We had such a good time in home. Homeowners are really welcoming, they help you all the time.
