Lovely and clean. Very nicely decorated. Communicating with owners was brilliant. Very helpful.

Only issue i found was 3 single beds in the one room, one being more a camp bed that you wouldn't want to sleep on. Windows in bedroom seem to have slight damp. But over all I would stay there again

Not all pots were properly cleaned. We washed before using. Some wear and tear to the flat- broken cabinets, holes in walls etc. Get what you pay for.

"I'm afraid I would not stay here again. This is not a safe property to be in, in the event of a fire"

1.0

The price was one of the lowest available in the area. There wasn't any parking, although there was a free car park near by which always seemed to have places available. The location was suitable for our needs, hence choosing this property. Appreciated the washing machine (although there was nowhere to dry anything, or a clothes airer. It was a washer-dryer, but when using the dryer aspect there was a small leak out the front of the machine so didn't dare use any longer). A wonderful shower!

There were a number of 'tired' aspects to the property - door handles hanging off/falling off in hands. On entry, I was immediately hit with a smell of what my asthma sensitive lungs felt was stale smoke. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had to take a duvet off the 3rd bed to sleep on top of it. In one of the drawers in the bedroom were what I assume were the owners possessions, including a tub of Vaseline without the lid on. There were 2 velux windows in the bedroom which had no blinds or ability to shut the light out, so I didn't get much sleep. A hand towel left in bathroom had a crusty stain/dirt on it. Kitchen wasn't the cleanest. Coffee machine had slimy green water in it!! Veg left in cupboard. Info said there was a terrace - when actually there is no outdoor space, other than the road out the front (which can have a few noisy, speedy cars on it in the evenings). There was only the one door in, so if had a fire on the entrance stairs I'm not sure how we would have escaped. Equally concerning, and illegal for Welsh holiday lets, I only saw one smoke/heat detector throughout the 3 floors. Whilst there were lights on it, it looked very old. There should be linked detectors in rental properties. With there only being one entrance in and out, and it requiring a key, I was unable to go out whilst my daughter was still asleep, as I'd either have to leave it unlocked or lock her in - which would mean she couldn't escape in an emergency. There was (against Welsh requirements) no facilities to recycle anything. There was no info provided at the property, as is often the case. We had no idea when/if any heating would come on. We arrived in the evening and it was cold throughout the property. Eventually we thought to look for a thermostat which when turned up kicked the heating in. For a little while - we had no control over timings. I have pointed out these illegal issues in particular to booking.

"Very bad"

1.0

I would strongly advise others to avoid this apartment. When we arrived, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. The bed sheets appeared used and unwashed, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. On top of that, there was visible mold in the property, creating a musty smell and an unhealthy environment. Because of these conditions, we couldn’t stay there at all and had to make other arrangements. Very disappointing experience.
