The apartment was excellent. All you could want for a short or long term stay. Lots of cafés / bars / restaurants nearby & only a short walk to city centre. Had hired car & plenty of free parking on street. Host was very helpful with lots of tips & answered any questions immediately. Outdoor space is plentiful & amazing. If anything photos undersell this.

Nothing but if being very picky second bedroom did not have air conditioning but did have a fan.

Beautiful apartment with fabulous terrace. The owner, Alessandro, was an excellent host who gave us lots of information re local eating places. When we arrived he had provided olives and a bottle of wine which was very welcome after our journey from Bari.

No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom but ony because the weather was very hot.

Alessandro is an exceptional host. Met us at the apartment & helped with luggage & facilities in the apartment. Highly recommended

Extremely spacious and airy with lots of light. Enormous patio. Great location near the Napoli gate of the old town. Kitchen very well equipped for making meals at home. Alessandro was very available and a comment for anything we needed. Nice check in gift of a bottle of wine, olive oil and balsamic with some spices as well as coffee in the cupboard.

Loved this place. The space was great, the terrace was amazing and huge. Alessandro was incredibly helpful. He gave us some amazing recommendations. Just outside the old city, perfect place to stay when you are in Lecce.

Alessandro is an exceptional host. He saved a parking space, met us with the key, and carried our luggage up for us and even had wine and treats waiting. He checked in with us frequently to offer more recommendations and make sure we were having a good time. We enjoyed our 7 nights immensely as the apartment is spacious and totally equipped. The rooftop terrace is amazing - large, with lovely plants and areas for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria della Porta entrance to Lecce as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The neighborhood is very quiet. Lecce is a lovely, interesting town and the apartment was a great base to visit many places in the Salento interior and along the coasts. Thank you, Alessandro, we immensely enjoyed our visit.

It was a fantastic location, very close walking distance to the old town and many restaurants. Alessandro was an exceptional host and answered all our questions and recommended some great restaurants and things to see. He was always very helpful. The terrace was just beautiful. Easy free parking out front. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lecce.

Uniqueness of property. A fantastic rooftop apartment 3 minutes walk from the old town. Loads of outside space. Very stylish and thoughfully decorated. Safe neighbourhood with excellent supermarket around the corner. Alessandro was an excellent host and provided some excellent advice on places to eat and visit. On street parking was no problem during our 5 day stay.

We had a great experience at Terrazzo 44. The terrace was terrific and much larger that I had anticipated. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our hose, Alessandro, was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. i recommend this apartment.
