Terrazza 44

The location is excellent - only a short walk to Porta Napoli, the entrance to the centro storico. Cafes and bars are located nearby. Street parking is free and usually available close by, even when we returned late at night. Despite being in the middle of the city and surrounded by other apartment buildings, Terrazza 44 was remarkably quiet at night. Alessandro is a wonderful host, checking in each day to see that things are going well and offering to assist with restaurant recommendations and other tips. I cannot recommend Terrazza 44 highly enough.

Nothing, really. For some, the lack of a lift will make bringing luggage up three flights of stairs difficult. This wasn't a problem for us. There was no coffee in the kitchen, but cafes are nearby so that was easily solved. Otherwise, the kitchen is well supplied with appliances, dishes, and pots for cooking (for those who wish to do that or are in Lecce for a longer period of time).

Alessandro's terrace apartment was fabulous, on sunny mornings the terrace itself is heaven. We loved our month stay here.

We loved the huge outdoor patio and foosball game and it was very spacious inside. Also loved the neighbourhood with bars and restaurants nearby and the old town just a short walk away! Alessandro saved a car park for us and provided us delightful platter and wine to welcome us!

This was an outstanding apartment, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The roof terrace was amazing and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Alessandro couldn’t have been more generous and helpful: his restaurant recommendations were brilliant.

I like everything in this apartment: the situation, quiet but near the center of Lecce, the good bed, the shower, the wifi speed, coffee, milk and an aperitivo were ready for me at my arrival, and last but not least, the huge terras full of flowers, so wonderful at night . Alessandro is a carrying and friendly host, giving good advices. I strongly recommend this place and surely will be back

This amazing apartment comes very highly recommended. It is in the city but so peaceful, open, quiet and relaxing. The huge, attractive terrace, almost wrap-around and filled with lovely plants, has separate areas for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The modern apartment itself is light, airy, immaculately clean and well-presented. It is just a 5 minute stroll into the beautiful old town. Even nearer to the apartment are good restaurants, cafes a supermarket and a very good pastry shop! Alessandro is definitely a super host. He was so kind and helpful towards us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble!

Location was ideal if travelling with a car. Easy parking just outside and a short walk into the old town. Very secure property, extremely well set up with everything you might need. Those little extra touches just made it special.

The apartament is located a few minutes' walk from the historical part of Lecce. Some restaurants and shops are located nearby. The equipment of the flat leaves no open wishes. Everything is well thought out, clean and well maintained. The terrace was just great. The host Alessandro was extremely kind and helpful. We recommend this apartament especially if someone is planning a longer stay in beautiful Lecce.
