Fantastic location and amazing facilities.

The restaurant staff were friendly. Beautiful property.

1. Reception staff - need costumer service training. I made my booking online 4 days prior to arrival. Apparently my booking was on their system, I arrived at 2pm, was told I can only have the keys at 3pm because I made a late booking. My booking confirmation says check in is at 2pm, which I made very clear to the Reception staff, a lady came from the back tossed the key on the counter and said here!!! No directions to our unit or map was given. 2. Safe didn't work - was told Previous guests lost the key, nothing they can do. 3. House needs an deep clean, spider webs in corners, outside thatch very dirty. Pillow cover had huge hole, towels smelt very moldy. 4. Wildlife centre needs some love, the animal enclosures were not very well maintained and clean - animals drinking water was green. 5. Food from the restaurant - had hair and green fluff on my chips and food was cold. But other than that, we had a great time, very family friendly, farmyard was well maintained and has a beautiful manicured garden. Great to lay around the pool, waiters were wonderful and very attentive.

The entertainment area was enjoyable. The pizza was great. And the animals were the best.

Breakfast was not worth the R100 odd rand. The unit i don't think has been maintained as it was leaking in several places during our stay. The fridge did not work properly resulting in a lose of food. The lining was not even white anymore and was beginning to fray. No broom to clean floors or even a mop. When we were having a braai at the outside fireplace under the thatch all the smoke went through the fire place in the lounge and smoked out the entire place.

We made our own food. The cleaning people were there every day of our stay but with limited cleaning materials.

Unfortunately one of the shower was smelling uring. My wife had to clean that and the cleaning material was so limited and had to supplement that with our own. Check on the quality of cleaning materials.
