Makhato Bush Lodge 111

I've been to sondela before so I knew what to expect.

I did not expect to not have aircons. It was really hot and the ceiling fans were useless.

Great location

Kitchen had some basic utensils and crockery missing - needs a restock of various items.

Place was clean and had everything we needed.

It’s far from reception and the road is not kind smaller vehicles

The location was very nice, and what my friends and I liked the more was our house. It was very beautiful we enjoyed our stay in the house more than anything ❤️❤️

What I didn’t like was the fact that the reception was very far from our room, and we had to drive the whole time to the reception side for some entertainment and games. Driving on a gravel road for that distance with all the dust was also not nice. Another thing we were disappointed on was some of the activities that we thought were for free, hence when I did the booking it did state that the activities are for free. But when we got there they told us that nothing was for free and also the entrance fee which was more than the amount we were told on the confirmation email

Private pool, it was clean, it is quite and safe...waking up to see the animals roaming around was just beautiful

The long gravel we had to take to get to the reception and to go for our activites was just tiring and not a nice experience for us

It’s big and clean.

That too party of the fridge wasn’t working and from reception to Makhato 111 is a little bit too far.

Great lodge, great location! So peaceful. We had everything we needed! And it was great that there was an inverter 😀
