Lovely cottage. Very clean and excellent location. Comfortable and well equipped

Lovely decor, great location. Comfy beds, great bath and lovely powerful shower. Well equipped kitchen. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.

Generally it was great, if i was being picky, the table in kitchen was a little large for the space.

The location was excellent

Don’t know if the bulb had gone in the light on the back of the property or broken, made it difficult to unpack the car because it was so dark, thought it best to mention so that you can take a look for the next person that stays there .

Beautifully presented spacious home with a cottage feel. Everything we needed was provided.

More spacious than we envisaged and perfect location for a weekend visit to Chatsworth.

Could do with some fire hardware so you can safely use the log burner

Beautifully decorated, well equipped & in a great location.

Bathroom is very cold! In fairness it was a very cold night & when we arrived the heating had gone off. It warmed up quickly once the heating was boosted.

An absolute gem! Such a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous village. It was a perfect short stay for our family. The cottage was impeccable and all facilities provided for a very comfortable stay. Would love to return again someday

Nothing at all to complain about. It would have been nice if the washer was a dryer as well but that cannot be helped and no fault of the owner

Lovely cottage, beautiful decor and well-equipped kitchen. Ashford on the water is a gorgeous village and the food at the Ashford Arms was delicious. ‘Sunny Lea’ is a building comprising 3 houses. It was hard to find because we didn’t go far enough along Greaves Road to see it but we called Alex who directed us.

The cottage was perfect for two. It sleeps 6 and has 3 gorgeous bedrooms but it could be cramped on the kitchen and living room downstairs.
