Despite unforeseen illness restrictions that forced me to cancel our non-refundable reservation, Francesca's outstanding service stood out: 1. Accommodating my Needs: Francesca effortlessly accommodated my special requests, including securing parking arrangements. Her consistent communication as my trip date neared created a warm and inviting atmosphere. 2. Refund: Remarkably, Francesca managed to secure a refund, even though the booking was non-refundable. Her dedication exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Torretto 14 and Francesca for their dedication to guest satisfaction. I can't wait to reschedule our trip and experience their hospitality in person. Thank you, Francesca, for your outstanding support!

The location is in center and its very clean. The apartment is awesome and has all the conditions. The hosts are a lovely couple and they are very nice and very friendly and helped us with the luggage, indications etc. For sure next time when we will come there we will contact them.

Exceptional quality of design and taste in the heart of Ka Spitza

That Francesca met us to drive us to the department, was very friendly, provided keys and instructions at the department!! Washer and dryer were great!!

The AC in the living and dining space cooled great, however its a small unit to cool all the way into the bedrooms, if I was to add anything to make it perfect during summer, was AC in the bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment at the center of La Spetzia. We have absolutely loved it, super clean, very modern and spacious at the heart of the city center. Francesca is such a wonderful host. She makes sure you are welcomed and feel home, she helps with every tiny detail of your stay. She was very kind to keep our luggage on the day of our arrival till check in time, and has personally drove us to the apartment and even offered to drop us off at the train station on the day of departure that was scheduled for 5am train to avoid any stress or delay issues. Luckily didn’t wake her up that early 😊😊and calling a taxi was smooth and easy. The apartment is a Walking distance to everything. Very close to restaurants, bars the harbor and 10 mins walk to the train station. We have spent 5 days at Torretto 14 and took it as a base to explore Cinque terre and other neighboring villages. It was absolutely the RIGHT choice to make where La Spezia is very well connecte a lot more spacious , calmer and convenient compared to other Cinque Terre villages. While other cinque terre villages are stunning and lovely to visit yet don’t see it that convenient to be the place to stay with hundreds of thousands of tourists visiting daily

We love everything about the property. This place is absolutely amazing. It’s right in the city center, close to all the nice restaurants and still is very quiet. The apartament is huge, and super modern, with all the facilities, amazing toiletries, coffee, water, biscuits, jam, great towel, AC, a nice balcony and the building even has a lift which is very uncommon for this area. What is even better is the service from Francesca and Federico, they went above and beyond for us, they picked us up at the train station, found boat tours for us, kept our luggage for the whole day, and even drop a bag that we left in the house at the station. They are by far the best hosts we ever met. My whole family was in love with this place and with them. Book this place without hesitating, we can’t wait to come back
