Very nice and clean apartment equipped with all the necessary things. Located in the very center, close to the beautiful promenade by the sea and the station from which trains to Cinque Terre towns often depart. There are many great restaurants around the apartment. The owner was so nice that he took us with our luggage to the station in his own car. Thank you very much and we are already thinking about returning.

The apartment is central and stunning. Its really big and luxurious.

The bedrooms are right above a bar that’s open until 1/2 o clock. There was loud music, people screaming and singing. Funny and happy at first but if you trying to sleep not so much. Especially with kids. One night was extreme. The other two nights it was not until really late. You could reason the location is central so its something that can happen but sleeping above a bar..its a challenge.

The accommodation is located in the very heart of La Spezia, with plenty of good restaurants, pizzerias and almost everything of interest is in walking distance (e.g. central train station is 20mins walk). There is an elevator, so reaching the apartment is easy, even with luggage. - The apartment itself is well equipped, with a large main room, two bathrooms, a kitchen area and two sleeping rooms. The kitchen has everything one might need, for cooking or simply quick breakfasts. - There are smart flat screens in every room, there is central heating, air conditioning, etc. - I am having difficulties imagining needing something more from a vacation residence. - The internet connection was good, allowing for casual surfing or viewing.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the kitchen, which, due to the layout, makes it a corner of the apartment, so connection might be weak in further away places, for example the main bedroom bathroom.

We had an amazing stay in LaSpezia thanks to Francesca and her beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect and Francesca took so much time for giving us recommendations, making sure we found our way around the Cinque Terre etc. Thank you so much for making our stay so special we hope to be back!!!
