The hosts were delightful and so thoughtful. They went over and above to collect us for our stay and then drop us back to the train station again when we were leaving. So considerate! The property was gorgeous with all the appliances and household supplies provided, an elevator to help with kids and luggage, centrally located - a short walk to the marina/port and an easy walk to the train station.

Beautifully furnished and Francesca had made sure all the little extras like toiletries were included. Very large apartment.

The owner of the property was so nice, she even picked me up from the train station herself! Gave me the keys, a little tour of the house and pointed some places nearby. The apartment was very clean and furnished very comfortably. It has everything someone might need. It was an excellent stay for me, I strongly recommend it to everyone.

We spent three wonderful days at the Torretto 14 apartment in La Spezia, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most exceptional stays we’ve ever had. First of all, the host welcomed us with a level of warmth and care I’ve rarely encountered, despite having traveled extensively. Her service is beyond five-star—she was always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond to think along with our personal needs. Her attention to detail and kindness made all the difference. The apartment had everything we needed as a family traveling with a dog. It’s beautifully maintained and felt like a gift to stay in. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony quickly became my favorite spot in the whole place. The street is lively and charming, yet thanks to excellent sound insulation, we didn’t hear a thing from outside—it was peaceful and restful. Everything in this home is top quality. We were amazed at how thoughtfully every single detail had been arranged. The laundry area was fantastic—we were able to wash all our clothes—and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We truly felt blessed to have stayed here. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to bring in our luggage, and the location is ideal. We had plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the train station was close by, making our day trips to Monterosso and Riomaggiore effortless and full of adventure. La Spezia, Torretto 14—you’ve captured my heart. This stay was far too short, and I found all the warmth and hospitality of Italy right here. I leave with deep gratitude and even a few emotional tears. Thank you so much. I’ll be back.

Nothing we did not like. This to me was PERFECTION.

Our host was outstanding. She met us and helped with our luggage as well as taking us to a nearby carparking facility for our rental car. The place was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent, and many great restaurants close by. Francesca even sent us recommendations for dinner, including meat and fish options, as well as options in the 5 lands of Cinque Terre. On departure we were helped with our luggage and taken to our car which was so appreciated. Thank you for the most memorable stay in La Spezia 🙏
