We loved the fabulous central location, beautiful, spacious and spotless contemporary accommodation. Francesca the host was so kind and helpful that she made our stay in La Spezia very enjoyable. Underground parking 6 minute walk, restaurants galore on door step, grocery shopping minutes away and train station 15 minute walk.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen right in the city centre. Very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Francesca was very friendly and met us at the apartment. She also left a welcome pack for us. Since we were driving and the apartment is in the ZTL zone, she organised her friend to get our luggage and have it brought to our apartment as a e had lots of luggage. If you are driving and have lots of luggage advisable to discuss options with her. She also organised for our parking.

This apartment is modern, located in the perfect spot, well planned, equipped with everything you would need and clean. But the very best things was how wonderful the hosts were! They let us check in early, answered questions, gave us restaurant suggestions, and even picked us up & drove us back to the train station. Truly amazing customer service!

The apartment was much bigger than we expected from the photos. Great apartment and great location. The hosts could not have been more helpful - offering lots of suggestions where to go and where to eat.

The space itself

Simple and efficient communication with host. This is a stylish and cosy apartment, has all you’ll require. The great effort putting into furnishing and decorating it help to feel right at home. We loved the spacious and lavish bathrooms. The big wardrobe is a big plus to keep everything clean and neat dring the stay.

There is a locale literally just across and it is pretty noisy. We weren’t bothered by it as that is to be expected in the central location like this. But I can see how that might be a challenge for some. A small downside considering all the other overwhelmingly positive aspects.

The appartment was outstanding. It has everything you might need. In addition, it was very clean and stylish. The owner of the appartment was very friendly and helped to find nice places in the city. As well, I have asked to do checkout a bit later which was not a problem for the owner. Overall rating 10 out of 10

Nothing to complain about

The apartment is very conveniently located in the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the promenade. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you could think of to enjoy your stay in wonderful La Spezia. The owner is super responsive and very accommodating. And a beautiful birthday cake for my daughter ordered and delivered by Francesca made our little celebration unforgettable.

The only thing was the noise from the street on a Saturday night, a small price to pay for a great holiday experience.

Amazing apartment with everything you need for your vacation. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and supermarkets on your doorstep. The ferry to Cinque Terre was a short 5minute walk from the apartment, the best way to see all 5 villages from the sea. Our host Francesca was an incredible host, she went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay and everything we needed. She gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and knowledge about the surrounding area and best way to visit Cinque Terre. We’ve never had a host that was so welcoming and friendly, we highly recommend this apartment for visiting La Spezia!
